The heat treatment department, of about 2000 square meters, consists of 4 production lines including 5 electric furnaces, to perform normalization, isothermal annealing (continuous furnace), quenching and tempering and processing quenching (quench water and polymers) for a production of about 20 tons/ day.
The department includes two shot blasting lines with belt sandblasting machines.
We can perform non-destructive testing internally through a durometer for surface hardness tests (series tests or wall-to-wall sampling) and MPI control, but also mechanical tests and structural micrography in an external laboratory.
