Since 2005, the company has been carrying out the mechanical processing of its forged products internally in the machining department (1100 square metres) where 11 CNC lathes and 3 machining centres operate.
We perform turning, drilling, tapping and trimming operations with the latest generation CNC machines, also equipped with steady rest and motorized tools and tailstock for turning operations up to 1500mm in length.
The extreme flexibility of processing change allows a versatility of service to the customer who within a few working days can count on the delivery of forged, heat treated and semi-finished parts even in times of greater workload, benefiting from reduced supply times and low costs.
The product families covered range from transmission shafts, pinions, hubs, planet gears and gears with sizes starting from a Ø of 30mm to a Ø of 400mm.
The dimensional control of the parts is carried out in-line by the staff in charge and in the metrology room where there are three-dimensional control instruments, digital profilometers and rough meters, which guarantee the internal quality standard in line with that required by customers.
